We offer services to our young patients focused on alleviating stress from activities of daily living. First Steps Nursing and Therapy has Private Duty Nurses who can assist them with:
- Monitor and Record Vital Signs
- Basic Wound Care
- Safety Supervision
- Help the Client with Daily Personal Tasks (Bathing and Dressing)
- Routine Care Assistance
- Personal Hygiene Assistance
- Organize Medical Appointments for the child/patient
We provide these services not just with professional and skilled training but with compassion and concern towards each child. PDNs (Private Duty Nurses) take direction from the Registered Nurse or the client’s physician.
